The Ölafen are one of the original people of the land. Their traditional lands are centered around the mines in the Saden & Ajalamih Mountains from the far east to the far west. When the Beli started settler colonialism, they committed genocide and ethnic cleansing against the Ölafen. Ultimately, the Ölafen were pushed of all of their lands to disconnected reservations along the northern coast that are unable to sustain reasonable living standards.

The Beli originally emerged in Hadian Crossing, which they understand as their ancestral homelands to this day, even though the Great Hadian War left the territory largely depopulated. After settler colonial expansion into Belogal, the original homeland of the Ölafen, the Beli now mainly live in Belogal except for a smaller group of Beli that settled in the northern most region of Pramatra.

The initial Ghani settlements can be found in the central regions of Ghanidash which is still their cultural center. The Ghani spread along the coast south of the Taysha Confederacy encountering the Ölafen in the north. There are also Ghani settlements in the west of Haiden Crossing and the rapidly expanding communities in Cornuchuan Plains. Ghani have also settled in some of the cities of Belogal and Pramatra.

The Oxori are one of the original peoples of the land. To this day they are living on their ancestral homelands on the western-most edges of the Saden Mountains. The Oxori have largely stayed to themselves in one of the less populated regions of Mir. The Oxori were the last group that embraced the idea of playing a more active role in Ghanidash as a member of the latest government coalition.

The Ha'pas have created an amazing settlement in the foothills of the Saden Mountains. The Ha'Pas have played an integral part in the longstanding cooperation between the peoples of the Taysha Confederacy. Traditionally the gatherings between all peoples of the confederacy for council and celebrations are held in Ha'Pa,La. The Ha'pas have also embraced the new cooperation with the Ghani.

The Kotos are the third of the original people of the land that live in what is now called Ghanidash. The Kotos have always been focused on agriculture and are the keepers of the sanctuary of seeds. They played this role originally only for the peoples of the Taysha Confederacy but the Ölafen, when being displaced from their lands, stored their seeds there too. The Morokhar followed shortly after.

The Mikhails, another one of the more recent people of Mir, have created settlements on the largest island of Mir. While the Mikhails have a long history of exploration and trade, their society has remained largely homogenous. The Mikhails understand themselves as the protectors of democracy in Mir and have tried to promote it across Mir along with fundamental and human rights.

The earliest Hin settlements can be found in the western coastal regions of what is Hin-Klia today. Once oil was discovered the Hins even settled the southern most regions of the southern most landmass of Mir. The capital of Hin-Klia is located on their lands and so is Mir's most famous luxury vacation island where the Hins are diversifying their economy to reduce their reliance on oil & gas.
